Our Story

Sipamandla Nonxuba

Was born on 2 March 1996, the last-born child of Bongiwe Nonxuba. He spent his formative years in Nxokwana, Centane, in the Eastern Cape, where he was raised by his grandparents. Their teachings, wisdom, and unconditional love shaped his character and continue to guide his life.
After completing his Matric in 2015, Siphamandla moved to Cape Town in 2016, carrying with him the values of faith, humility, and perseverance as he embarked on a new journey.

Palesa Moloi

Was born on 1 July 1997 in QwaQwa, Free State. She grew up surrounded by family, love, and strong values before leaving the Free State to pursue her studies in January 2016. Although she is the only child of her parents, Palesa was never alone. She was raised alongside her cousins—whom she lovingly calls her sisters—and from an early age embraced the role of an older sister. She became a guiding light, leading with compassion, strength, and grace.

Sphamandla and Palesa’s love story began in 2016, during their first year at the University of the Western Cape. In a lecture hall filled with unfamiliar faces, fate quietly brought them together. Assigned to the same group for a first-year assignment, they exchanged numbers—never imagining that this small academic moment would blossom into a lifelong bond.

Even after Siphamandla deregistered from the module before the semester came to an end, their connection endured. Their friendship continued to grow as they crossed paths on campus, supporting each other through the highs and lows of university life.

What truly drew them together was their shared love for God—a faith that became the foundation of their friendship, the anchor of their love, and the center of their lives. Over time, friendship gently turned into love, and love matured into a deep and unwavering partnership.
